This expansive home renovation utilized the structure from the pre-reno home, but almost every surface in this home was made new. The centerpiece of this home is the large chef's kitchen with a coffered ceiling and massive center island with walnut butcher block top. New hand-scraped wood flooring, windows, trim and built-in cabinetry were added throughout the home. The owners are able to enjoy the outdoors in their large sun porch addition with a stone fireplace or their gorgeous flagstone patio that graces the lake side of the home. This renovation also included a complete makeover of the shoreline guest house and a three car garage located on the property.
