Having admired their work for years around the Green Lake area, we decided to hire DSB to help renovate our home that needed major updates, redesign, and an addition. Erik and his entire team were professional and attentive to our individual needs and budget during every single stage of the process. Erik is incredibly personable, creative, and conscientious of maintaining clear communication about budget, timelines, and other decisions throughout the building process. We were most appreciative of this as it was our first major home renovation. Due to the growth of our practice, we were in need of expanding our existing space. It was a challenging project because we wanted to put on the new addition while still providing full dental care to our patients without interruption. Another challenge was to put on the new addition and blend it with the old. We contacted Design Specialty Builders and Erik listened to our needs and concerns and came up with several plans for our expansion. We literally doubled our size and were able to continue full operation during the process with very little disturbance. The Design Specialty team was very accommodating and the end result was exceptional. The outside looked like it was one new building and the inside met all our needs. The patients love it and so do we!
