We enjoyed the experience of extensively renovating our Green Lake home with Erik and the Design Specialty Builders team. Our project included gutting most of the existing rooms, tearing off an old addition, reconfiguring space, and adding square footage and architectural interest. Not only is Erik very creative from a design perspective, he was great at communicating with us through the whole process despite us being out of state most of the time. In the end, we got a well thought out project that was executed at a high level for a good value. We would hire Design Specialty Builders again for sure!
